Vermiculite is a naturally occurring mineral, which is highly absorbent, lightweight and an essential part of many professional soilless growing mixes. Vermiculite improves the CEC (Cation Exchange Capacity) of your potting mix for better fertilizer retention and release.
- May be blended into a garden or potting soil to help retain moisture. Also useful in square foot gardening.
- use as a topdressing on top of seeds.
