Product Overview
Norkent Apple may be one of the best tasting prairie hardy apples that we can grow. It is sweet, crisp, aromatic apple with a pleasant apple/pear flavour. It is excellent for fresh eating but also good for cooking and juicing. This thick skinned apple averages 7-8cm in diameter and matures around mid September. It is a precocious apple and can start fruiting as young as 3 years old. The apples can keep up to 3 months in cold storage, but it is known to lose flavour as it ages.
